To avoid any wasted trips, please pay attention to the following schedule. Our **Taichung Flagship Store**, **Taichung Sanxian Store (Reservation Only)**, **Tainan Ximen Store**, and **Kaohsiung Bo’ai Store** will all follow this schedule.

春節期間有估價需求怎麼辦？(How to Get a Quote During CNY?)
雖然實體門市暫停開放，但我們的 **線上 LINE 客服 (@gapple)** 仍開放留言功能。若您在過年期間有舊機換新、二手手機收購、相機或精品買賣的需求，您可以先將商品照片與規格傳送給我們。客服人員將於開工後，依照留言順序優先為您進行線上估價與安排預約。
Although our physical stores are closed, our **Online LINE Customer Service (@gapple)** remains open for messages. If you have needs for trade-ins, selling used phones, cameras, or luxury items during the holiday, you can send us photos and specifications of your items. Our staff will prioritize your online quote and appointment arrangement in the order of messages received after we reopen.
特別提醒您，若您位於 **台中一中街** 或 **高雄巨蛋** 附近，建議您在 2/15 之前儘早前往門市辦理，以確保能在年前順利完成變現或換購。
As a reminder, if you are near **Taichung Yizhong Street** or **Kaohsiung Arena**, we recommend visiting our stores before Feb 15th to ensure you can successfully complete your cash-out or trade-in before the New Year.
