現場人員會依照標準 SOP 檢測手機外觀、螢幕顯示、電池健康度及各項功能。過程完全公開，您可以在旁觀看，確保沒有任何不當操作。

Our on-site staff will inspect the phone’s appearance, screen display, battery health, and various functions according to standard SOPs. The process is completely open, and you can watch from the side to ensure there is no improper handling.

有收購故障或壞掉的手機嗎？
有的。對於螢幕破裂、無法開機或電池故障的手機，我們也能進行評估回收。建議您直接帶至門市，由工程師判定剩餘殘值。
Do you buy broken or malfunctioning phones?
Yes. We can also evaluate and recycle phones with cracked screens, failure to power on, or battery issues. We recommend bringing them directly to the store for an engineer to determine the residual value.
