Q：如果沒有購買證明或保卡，你們還收嗎？
A：這取決於品牌與款式。對於 Hermès 與 Chanel 等高單價品牌，若無保卡或晶片，我們通常無法收購。對於 LV 或 Gucci，若無購證但包況良好且防偽特徵清晰，仍有機會收購，但價格會低於大全配行情。建議先傳照片線上詢問。
Q: Do you still buy if there is no proof of purchase or warranty card?
A: This depends on the brand and style. For high-end brands like Hermès and Chanel, we usually cannot buy them without a warranty card or chip. For LV or Gucci, if there is no proof of purchase but the bag is in good condition and the security features are clear, there is still a chance to buy, but the price will be lower than a full set. It is recommended to send photos online first.
Q：包包有使用痕跡或五金氧化，還能回收嗎？
A：可以的。二手精品本來就會有使用痕跡。我們會根據皮革變色程度、四角磨損與五金刮痕進行折價評估。
Q: Can the bag still be recycled if there are signs of use or hardware oxidation?
A: Yes. Pre-owned luxury items naturally have signs of use. We will depreciate the value based on the degree of leather discoloration, corner wear, and hardware scratches.
