- 門市檢測 (In-Store Inspection)： 攜帶商品前往門市。我們將測試運轉異音、電池蓄電量與功能按鍵。
- 現金付款 (Cash Payment)： 確認無誤後，填寫讓渡書並核對身分，現場支付現金。

Q：吸塵器的吸頭少一個，或是集塵桶很髒，收嗎？
A：可以收購。缺件會依據該配件的重要程度扣款；集塵桶若有灰塵我們接受，但若有嚴重異味或內部堵塞，可能會影響價格。建議稍微清理後再帶來，感受度較佳。
Q: Can you buy it if the vacuum cleaner is missing a head or the dust bin is dirty?
A: Yes, we can. Deductions will be made based on the importance of the missing accessory. We accept dust bins with dust, but severe odors or internal blockages may affect the price. It is recommended to clean it slightly before bringing it in for a better impression.
Q：大型電視提供到府收購嗎？
A：非常抱歉，目前我們僅提供「門市現場估價」服務，不提供到府搬運。請您確認電視尺寸適合自行運送後，再前往門市（建議保留原廠紙箱運送較安全）。
Q: Do you offer home pickup for large TVs?
A: We are very sorry, but currently we only offer “in-store on-site valuation” services and do not provide home pickup. Please ensure the TV size is suitable for self-transport before visiting the store (keeping the original box for transport is recommended for safety).
